Seal Fail

What is seal fail?

      Seal fail is when the seal between the panes of glass becomes compromised and moisture gets between the two panes of glass.  Typically it can be fixed by replacing the glass in the window with a new insulated unit. Some wood windows require a new sash to be installed.
